Have a Positive Attitude

There are many ways to support Anchors Aweigh Club; from cleaning the yard or a ceiling fan to donating money. One of the easiest ways to support the club is have a positive attitude. We are a member owned recovery club that guarantees space to 12 step groups for meetings.

Become a Member of Anchors Aweigh

It's $10 per month or $100 per year. Membership is not required to attend meetings. Your dues are used to help improve the Anchors Aweigh Club and allow you to vote for board members and policy changes.

If you choose to pay online, there is a service fee imposed by Paypal, and that amount is in the price. 

Donate Money

Any amount will help. If you write a check, please make it out to Anchors Aweigh Club Inc.You can give the check to the person working the counter at the club, or mail it to:

Donate in Kind Services

We have many members and friends of the club that donate materials for repairs and improvements. We also have people that donate labor in their field of expertise.

Ask a steering committee member, come to a steering committee meeting or call (305) 296-7888 and ask where the help is needed and we will let you know.

Monthly Giving

Make real change in the lives of people struggling with addiction through a recurring monthly gift. For as little as 50 cents a day, just $15 a month you can help keep the Anchors Aweigh building in Key West open.

Our mission is to provide a place for meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Narcotics Anonymous and there 12-step groups.We offer space for education, rehabilitation and social activities to help people in need.

 Donate Supplies

We need supplies for the daily activites of the club such as toliet paper, cleaning products, coffee and coffee supplies.

If you would like to donate supplies , call us at (305) 296-7888 and we'll pick them up or make arrangements for you to drop them off.

Planned Giving
Anchors Aweigh Legacy Fund

In July 2025, the Anchors Aweigh Board created the Anchors Aweigh Legacy Fund to help secure the long-term stability of our Clubhouse.  The fund is administered by the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys (CFFK) and is designed to provide a steady annual income stream that helps offset our rising operating costs.

How to Participate

Joining the Legacy Fund is simple.  You can name the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys as a beneficiary on any one of the following:

• Retirement accounts
• Bank or brokerage accounts
• Life insurance policies
• Donor-advised funds

Your financial professional can assist you with this.

If you have a will or trust, you can also leave:

• A specific dollar amount
• A percentage of your estate
• Realestate or business interests

Your attorney can hellp you include this instruction.  Please be sure to notify the Community Foundation that your future gift is intended to suppport Anchors Aweigh Club, Inc.

No Immediate Gift Required

Participating in the Legacy Fund does not require you to donate now.  Instead, you simply designate that a future gift will benefit the Anchors Aweigh Club and help sustain our mission for years to come.
